I haven't updated on my 'happening' life since January so here goes..
January
I've finally stopped emoing about being away from home and started getting used to staying in a land far far away (yess klang is a remote place for mee).. Helps to have a supportive bf and also wonderful colleagues who made sure you don't feel oh-so-lonely whenever work finishes and you go back to an empty house cause the rest of your roommates seem more happening than you.. Also helps to be close to at least one of your roommate who's also your colleague cause you're both on the same boat and there will be a natural underlying bond.
February
It's a month of lurvee and also time again when I'm just grateful to have a wonderful + loving bf who managed to render me speechless for valentine's.. No details cause me is private person.. huhu

Thanks dear for giving me the bestest valentine's day ever =)
This is also the month when I started driving on my own to work.. Made me really stressed cause for a while I was almost convinced that I am one of the worst drivers in the planet.. Improved a whole lot since then though I still get nervy when parking.. To me I think the only time when my driving is certified 'ok' is when my passengers actually fall asleep.. though I don't think that's feasible cause most of the time my mouth can't stop moving whenever someone else's in the car with me..
March
Finally got confirmed at the end of this month.. Feel like a full-fledged young adult in the working world.. Then yet again the thought of the never-ending piling-on responsibilities of adults crept into my mind and I found that my mindset of certain things have changed.. While weddings usually delight me a whole lot in the past, now it just makes me wonder..... don't even talk bout the future yet but how much does a wedding day costs on its own?.. Can we get used to living with a person when you've your own space/privacy all your life?.. Kids... ultimate responsibility.. it's not a 24hour kinda responsibility but it's for the rest of your life kinda responsibility..
HahA.. I know I thought of too much nonsense.. but hey, there's always the brighter side of things and it really boils down to how you want to view situations or changes.....
You'll know it's all worth it when you exchange vows with the person you love on your wedding day.. That itself is priceless.. and who says you can't have your own space still when living together?.. The responsibility of having kids may seem a lil scary at the beginning but when they really arrive, the joy they come with erases any fear you may have (heard this from someone experienced okay so certified true one)..
Anyways, thanks for hearing my rambles.. it's time to zzz for me since my cuppa tea has just finished..
Ending with current happening saying in my office which I thought was rather true!
"Take some time to smell the flowers"
Even though we all laugh whenever we hear that saying from anyone in the office, I think it's really relevent.. With time passing like a bullet train these days, we ought to take some time to enjoy the simple pleasures in life, be it the flowers at the side of the road, the smell of coffee in the morning, the beautiful weather of the day......
Stop and smell the flowers... Funny, yet very relevant... =)
